Starworld Hotel - Macau

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised with the free shuttle service that went to multiple locations. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was top-notch and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

Sadly, the lobby was often crowded with tourists, which made it difficult to navigate. the room rates were on the higher side, but it was worth it once I saw the beautiful and comfortable room.

A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Jade Garden that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Room service was excellent. It is so close to the airport. Located within a walk to Nam Van Lake, which is about 900 feet away...

Our recent accommodation was ideally located in the bustling hub of other casinos and nearby island with great restaurant options. the gym facilities were well equipped. Our room was modern and spacious with a well-stocked minibar. the bathroom was clean and inviting after a long day. We were delighted with the excellent service from the front desk staff, and the breakfast buffet had a mix of eastern and western options to choose from.

The hotel's bling bling design might not please everyone.

During our stay, we found the hotel's location to be very convenient as it was close to the ferry terminal. We were able to easily catch the shuttle bus provided by the hotel to and from the terminal, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The hotel was also within walking distance of everything we needed, including other bigger casinos. This was great for us as we were a bit lazy to walk to other casinos, but still wanted to experience the excitement and entertainment they offer.

One negative aspect we noticed was the bling bling style of the hotel's design. While some may appreciate its innovativeness, it wasn't to our personal taste.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city, amidst all the other casinos and entertainment options. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance or a short shuttle bus ride away. The staff at this place are incredible, from the concierge to the waiters, they provide top-notch service and made me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a fully stocked mini-bar. The free toiletries were a nice touch and the room had a flat-screen TV and an AM/FM alarm clock, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

For families looking for a luxurious stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

View and Staff

The view from the room on the high floor is amazing. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer some complementary facts like the gym and a pillow menu that added value to my stay.

The hotel is quite outdated and needs to be refurbished. The furniture is old and worn out, and the carpets have some stains and unpleasant odors.
